About the Role

Store Incharge – Hyperlocal Operations (Dark Store)
The shift in charge would oversee the entire store/warehouse, ensuring that customer orders were processed within the timeframe. Candidates would be in charge of a team of 6-8 individuals, ensuring that operations operate smoothly and that targets are fulfilled. Another significant task that is linked to material inbound and outbound is managing vendors/transportation. Building stakeholder connections, preparing RCAs, and maintaining inventory reco records are all expected.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Managing and overseeing the operations of hyperlocal stores.
  • Daily performance analysis at the shop level.
  • Keeping track of team member rosters.
  • Shift planning basis Inbound & Outbound volume.
  • People management and team member grooming in order to scale up.
  • Resolving day-to-day retail and 3PL operational concerns.
  • QC check for goods that is fresh or has a short shelf life.
  • Vendor management and business coordination, as well as transportation.
  • Inventory hygiene and loss prevention Reco.
  • Attrition control/attendance and leave management.
  • Resolving cash reconciliation pendency at the store Level with 3PL Management Team.
  • RCA’s Approach to Customer Escalation.
  • Ensure that store assets, such as bags, POS machines, and gel packs, are available at all locations.

Eligibility

  • Candidates should be able to communicate in the local language.
  • Graduation is required.
  • Should have warehousing experience – both inbound and outbound operations.
